Refund policy

We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The received invoice must be placed inside the original packaging.

A pick up executive will arrive at your doorstep in 1-2 business days, to collect the return items. Once the return items reach our warehouse, they will be checked for any signs of damage. Upon passing this quality check, the return is complete and we will initiate a refund. Please note, refund may take upto 10 business days depending on mode of transaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have instead of retuning it. You can send us a mail or call us to let us know which article you'd like to purchase and which one you'd like to return. Our customer support team will initiate an exchange request for you and a pick up executive will arrive at your doorstep in 1-2 business days. The new item is dispatched from our warehouse as soon as we receive the old item undamaged and in its original condition.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment for all pre-paid orders and will be sent directly to your given bank account for all COD orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

Gift Cards
We issue Gift Cards in cases such as production errors, wrong product delivery or if the customer prefers to get a Gift Card instead of a refund. All Gift Cards are valid up to 1 year from the date of issue. Gift cards can be used to purchase items from the website. Items purchased via Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for another Gift Card, they can only be exchanged for sizes of the same product. If a Gift Card has been issued for a production or quality issue for a certain product, we advise you to not purchase same product again with this Gift Card as it would not be returnable.
